Blue Cheesy Potatoes

This is my favorite mashed potato recipe. When I make mashed potatoes I rarely have gravy with them, so I always try and flavor them enough so you do not miss the gravy. These are perfect for that (though gravy tate great on them too!). These are easy enough to throw together for any occasion too!

Blue Cheesy Potatoes

5 potatoes, peeled and boiled
1 c crumbled blue cheese
2 garlic cloves
1/2 tsp worcestershire saouce
4 strips bacon, crumbled
2 tbsp butter

Boil potatoes and garlic until soft (about 10 min). Mash potatoes with blue cheese, Worcestershire sauce, crumbled bacon and butter. Add milk for desired texture.
