Early this week my family made a quick three day trip to Las Vegas. Before we left, my husband asked around, and looked up reviews for the best buffet in Las Vegas. He found that the M Resort Studio B Buffet was by far the best rated, so of course we had to check it out!
The first thing you notice when you walk in is the dessert bar. It was all I could do not to have dessert first. It was almost overwhelming. The picture does not even come close to all he different desserts offered (and yes, those were all mine). It also had a full gelato bar.
Besides the desserts, my favorite thing about the buffet was the set up. It was one long winding counter buffet filled with everything you could think of. American foods, seafood, Mexican, Italian Greek, and Asian foods. It was fun to go through and taste things I normally do not eat like paella, stuffed grapes leaves and oysters. There was a whole Asian food section with all types of Thai foods that looked so good. Unfortunately, I didn't reach that section until the end, so my stomach would not let me sample all I wanted to.
Our favorites by far: The fried shrimp, lamb, kielbasa, green curry, short ribs, and all the desserts of course. On our way home from Vegas, my husband and I were already discussing our next trip to The M Resort Studio B Buffet,
